Co-op Housing University of Maryland, Inc. exists to provide quality, affordable, autonomous and community-centered housing to the College Park community. Through a not-for-profit, cooperative and democratic decision making structure, house residents will learn the responsibilities of managing a house, take part in consensus building strategies, benefit from extended educational opportunities, and improve the vitality of the city of College Park, Maryland.
